If you ever find yourself in New York looking for coffee and vibes, then you should be making your way over to Milk and Pull. With locations in Bed-Stuy and Ridgewood, Queens, they serve up freshly roasted coffee and an assortment of pastries and sandwiches.
Owners (and couple), Angela and Joe founded Milk and Pull over 10 years ago in June 2013, on a hope and a dream. Throughout that time they have managed to open new locations, survive the covid pandemic, and have most recently moved their Bed-Stuy location to a new space in the last year or so.
Beyond food and drink, they also offer community chats and space for the occasional pop-up vendor. And outside of the cafe experience, Milk and Pull does catering and private events as well.
If you’re not local to New York, but would still like to support Joe and Angela, head to their online shop where you can choose from a selection of coffee beans or a travel tumbler to add to your collection.
If you do happen to be in town and happen to stop by, tell them Black Gastronomy sent you.
